Being prepared for interviews
Be clear, concise and specific with your responses
Research the potential employer/company
Prepare three convincing reasons for wanting the job
Practice, practice, practice – be sure you are not rambling, beware of nervous habits and body language
Know where you are going and t he route you are taking
Determine ahead of time where you are going to park
Plan for bad weather
Collect your “kit”: extra copies of resume, cover letter and references, pen and paper, questions to ask the interviewer, 25 cents or cell phone (be sure to turn off prior to the interview!!), name and contact info of interviewer, directions if needed
