Meet Our Staff

Madelaine, Coordinator
As Coordinator, Madelaine’s role is to coordinate CERC’s two locations and maintain the high standard of client services that has been established. Madelaine’s goal is to offer our communities outstanding information and referral services so that job search is simplified and easily accessible.

Heather M.

Heather has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work. Heather brings to CERC a knowledge of community resources and experience in casework, assessment and individual program planning.

Frank

As a C.H.R.P., Frank brings experience and knowledge together to help CERC members get information about businesses and services in both Cobourg and Port Hope. As Co-Chair of the Client Services team, Frank’s goal is to assist in the development of a variety of new services for CERC members.

Heather T.

Heather brings experience from business, education and social services to CERC. Her knowledge of the Northumberland and surrounding areas is beneficial to job seekers.

Tarin

Tarin comes to CERC with 5 years experience as a computer instructor and seminar leader. Her background includes job search training with regards to cover letter and resume writing as well as interview skills.
